Jadwal Pencairan Thr Pns Dan Pensiunan Tahun 2018

 PENCAIRAN THR PNS 2018
Jadwal Pencairan THR PNS Tahun 2018 dinyatakan dalam Peraturan Menteri keuangan pasal 10 Nomor  54/Pmk. 05/2018, ialah Tunijan Hari Raya untuk PNS  yang  bekerja pada Pemerintah Pusat,  Prajurit TNI,  Anggota POLRI,  dan Pejabat Negara dibayarkan pada bulan Juni. Namun apabila pemberian Tunijan Hari Raya belum  dapat  dibayarkan, pembayaran  dapat  dilakukan  pada  bulan-bulan  beriku tnya. Pembayaran Tunijan Hari Raya menyerupai yang   dimaksud dalam  Pasal  10  dibebankan  pada  DIPA  satuan  kerja berkenaan Tahun Anggaran 2018.

Sama halnya dengan Jadwal Pencairan THR PNS Tahun 2018. Jadwal Pencairan THR Pensiunan juga akan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2018. Hal ini sesuai dengan pasal 17 PMK Nomor 54/Pmk. 05/2018 yang menyatakan bahwa Pembayaran  Tunijan  Hari Raya  kepada  Penerima Pensiun  atau  Penerima  Tunijan  oleh  PT Taspen (Persero)  dan PT Asabri (Persero)  dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni. Pembayaran  Tunijan  Hari  Raya dilaksanakan  terpisah  dari pembayaran pensiun atau tunijan bulan Juni.

Selain mengatur Jadwal Pencairan THR PNS Tahun 2018, PMK Nomor  54/Pmk. 05/2018 juga mengatur ihwal besar THR PNS tahun 2018. Dalam Pasal 3 PMK Nomor  54/Pmk. 05/2018 dinyatakan bahwa   Tunijan Hari Raya bagi PNS,  Prajurit TNI, Anggota POLRI, Pejabat Negara, Penerima Pensiun, dan Penerima diberikan sebesar penghasilan pada bulan Mei, dengan rincian untuk PNS, Prajurit TNI, Anggota POLRI, dan Pejabat Negara mencakup pendapatan pokok, tunijan  keluarga,  tunijan jabatan  atau  tunijan  umum,  dan  tunijan kinerja; untuk  Penerima  Pensiun mencakup pensiun pokok, tunijan keluarga, dan/ atau tunijan suplemen penghasilan; sedangkan untuk   Penerima  Tunijan  menenma tunijan  sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.

Berikut ini daftar Jenis-jenis tunijan yang tidak masuk komponen pertolongan THR, alasannya tunijan ini bukan termasuk katagori tunijan kinerja, ialah sebagai berikut:
a.  tunijan  pengelolaan  arsip  statis  bagi  PNS  di lingkungan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia;
b.  tunijan  bahaya  radiasi  bagi PNS di lingkungan Badan Pengawas Tenaga Nuklir;
c.  tunijan  bahaya nuklir bagi PNS  di lingkungan Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional;
d.  tunijan ancaman radiasi bagi pekerja radiasi;
e. tunijan risiko ancaman keselamatan dan kesehatan dalam penyelenggaraan persandian;
f.  tunijan pengamanan persandian;
g. tunijan risiko ancaman keselamatan dan kesehatan dalam penyelenggaraan pencarian dan pertolongan bagi  pegawai  negeri  di  lingkungan  Badan  SAR Nasional;
h.  tunijan profesi guru dan dosen, tunijan khusus guru dan dosen serta tunijan kehormatan profesor;
i.  tambahan penghasilan bagi guru PNS;
J.  tunijan khusus Provinsi Papua;
k.  tunijan  pengabdian  bagi  pegawai  negeri  yang bekerja dan bertempat tinggal di tempat terpencil; tunijan operasi pengamanan bagi Prajurit Tentara Nasional Indonesia dan PNS yang bertugas dalam operasi pengamanan pada pulau-pulau kecil terluar dan wilayah perbatasan;
m. tunijan khusus wilayah pulau-pulau kecil terluar dan/ atau  wilayah perbatasan bagi pegawai  negeri pada  Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia  yang bertugas secara  penuh pada wilayah pulau-pulau kecil terluar dan/ atau wilayah perbatasan;
n.  tunijan selisih penghasilan bagi PNS di lingkungan Sekretariat  Jenderal  Majelis  Permusyawaratan Rakyat,  Sekretariat  Jenderal  Dewan  Perwakilan Rakyat dan Badan Keahlian, dan Sekretariat Jenderal Dewan Perwakilan Daerah.

Ingat THR PNS tidak dikenakan potongan apapun selain pajak penghasilan. Hal ini ditegaskan dalam pasal 3 ayat (10) dan ayat (11) PMK Nomor  54/Pmk. 05/2018 bahwa  Penghasilan (THR yang diterima) tidak dikenakan  potongan  iuran  dan/ atau  potongan  lain selain kepingan pajak penghasilan. Untuk pensiunan ditegaskan dalam Pada pasal 17 ayat 3 bahwa Kepada Penerima Pensiun diberikan Tunijan Hari Raya sebesar pensiun pokok ditambah tunijan keluarga dan tambahan  penghasilan serta tidak  dikenakan kepingan asuransi kesehatan.
