Tata Cara (Petunjuk) Penggunaan Aplikasi Monev Simpkb Pada Training Kurikulum 2013 Tahun 2018

Tata Cara dan metode (Petunjuk) Penggunaan Aplikasi Monev Simpkb Untuk Pelaporan (Upload Foto Kegiatan) Pada Petes dan latihan Kurikulum 2013 Tahun 2018. menyerupai yang diketahui tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 ialah tahun ketiga Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 pasca moratorium. Berbeda dengan tahun sebelumnya, mulai tahu 2018 ini pelaksanaan Petes dan latihan K13 terintegrasi dalam SIMPKB. Salah satunya ada kewajiban dari para IK untuk memberikan laporan pelaksanaan diklat dan Pendampingan K13 melalui SIMPKB. Untuk para IK berikut Admin kutip Tata Cara dan metode (Petunjuk) Penggunaan Aplikasi Monev Simpkb Pada Petes dan latihan Kurikulum 2013 Tahun 2018.

A. Pengantar
Petes dan latihan Guru Sasaran Kurikulum 2013 tahun 2018 akan dilaksanakan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK). Untuk memonitoring petes dan latihan tersebut di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, GTK akan memakai aplikasi pada ponsel berbasis android, yang berjulukan monev simpkb.

Pelaksanaan monitoring dilakukan oleh fasilitator yang mengajar di kelas petes dan latihan masing-masing, dengan cara mengupload foto acara di kelas setiap hari selama petes dan latihan berlangsung. Pada foto yang diupload oleh fasilitator akan terekam oleh server GTK. Dari foto yang terupload tersebut terdapat  data di mana foto diambil, hari dan jam berapa foto tersebut diambil.

Hal yang perlu diperhatikan:
·          Akun yang dibagikan ke masing-masing penerima penyegaran IK khusus sanggup dipergunakan pada aplikasi monev di android ketika yang bersangkutan telah diset bertugas di kelas.
·          Peserta penyegaran IK yang telah mendapat akun pada ketika petes dan latihan , berarti namanya sudah dientry pada sistem SIM PKB untuk K13, yang nantinya akan dipilih oleh sekolah inti sebagai penyelenggara petes dan latihan K13 (sekolah inti khusus sanggup menentukan nama yang ada pada aplikasi, apabila ada kelebihan fasilitator, maka secara otomatis ada fasilitator yang tidak mendapat kiprah mengajar)
·          Pada web simpkb.id status Bapak/Ibu sebelum ditugaskan di kelas yakni kandidat Instruktur Diklat K 13, sesudah ada penugasan, kata “kandidat” akan dihilangkan.



B. Langkah-Langkah Penggunaan Aplikasi
Buka ponsel android, pastikan ponsel terkoneksi dengan internet. Buka playstore, ketikkan nama aplikasi yang akan didownload yaitu “monev simpkb”






Setelah dipilih install akan muncul menyerupai gambar berikut, kemudian pilih terima, maka proses download akan berlangsung


Setelah download selesai, maka akan muncul tampilan menyerupai berikut, pilih buka


Aplikasi akan berjalan, dan diminta untuk memasukkan email dan password. (akun yang telah dibagikan sanggup dipakai untuk log in di aplikasi monev di HP android, tetapi masih belum ada kelas, alasannya yakni belum ada penunjukan/penugasan, kelas akan muncul sesudah bapak/ibu telah ditugaskan oleh sekolah inti / penyelenggara petes dan latihan )
